Professional (Most Common)
I am a full-time professional with risk management responsibilities for one organization. I am NOT responsible for providing consultation or sales advice to clients.

Associate
I am a provider of products or services to those in the risk management profession. For example, you are a broker, underwriter, consultant, attorney, accountant, and actuary or outsourced risk manager.

Student
I am a full-time student, and I am NOT working full-time in the risk management profession. Applicants will need to submit a transcript within 2 business days to membershipdept@rims.org to activate membership.

Educational
I am a full-time college-level professor or dean. All new educational members will be asked to submit an updated CV to membershipdept@rims.org to confirm their status as an educator.
